My daughter had a brake pad issue while I was hours away, and this shop took care of her like family. Not only did they get her in right away, but they also gave her a ride back home and even offered to pick her up when the car was ready. Their pricing was completely fair, and as a mom handling this from afar, I can’t express how much peace of mind that gave me. Honest, professional, and truly above and beyond I’m incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the pricing and friendliness of the staff. Got my rear brakes and rotors done, as well as a cvt flush. Got my car back within the same day I dropped it off. Everything is working great now. Will definitely go back for any of my car needs!

Excellent service and communication. On our way to drop our son off at U of I, the radiator fan went out on his Jeep. We called around to a couple of shops for repair near the school, and University Auto was able to get his Jeep in and out the same day so we could return home knowing our son had transportation. The staff was friendly, thorough, and gave us a fair price on the work. I cannot thank them enough for the quick repair and putting this mama heart at ease. Cheers!
